Abstract

In recent years, there has been a tendency towards a decrease in the health indicators of children and young people due to the inconsistency of their motor activity with the needs of the body.
In the conditions of the sedentary present, the main purpose of the teacher is to ensure the students’ health during the period of study in educational institutions, to form the necessary knowledge, skills and habits of healthy lifestyle in them, use of the knowledge acquired in everyday life. One of the main principles that should be guided by a teacher should be «Do not harm» !.
In the article the author tells how to create the proper conditions for the organization of optimal motor regime in educational institutions and hopes that the of teachers, parents, state and civil institutions can achieve the best result together.
