New Ukrainian School on the way to solving the problem of bullying

Abstract

The article analyzes the current legislative framework in relation to the term of bullying and its theoretical definition. The characteristic features of the manifestations of the bullying in the school environment are revealed. The ways of solving situations of violence or bullying in the educational environment are considered, in particular the emphasis is placed on anti-bullying projects proposed by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine in the context of the New
Ukrainian school.
