Abstract

Since inclusive education was introduced into the Ukrainian educational field, the classic education has changed in many ways.
Inclusive education like nothing else reveals the semantics of the teachers’ preparedness for it as well as what kind of preparation they must have to be able to work in “schools for everybody” where children are healthy and sick, talented and disabled. The real experience of integrated schools has clearly showed what kind of teachers’ activity and their preparation is needed by the society and particularly by schooling affairs.
The author considers the pedagogic education in the broad sense when the readiness of the teacher provides “for the inclusive one as well”. This type of teacher will actually maintain a new philosophy of the Ukrainian state - from
school for everybody to the tolerant society.
