A minor as a subject of an administrative offense: psychological features

Abstract

The article shows the main characteristics of minor as a subject of administrative offense. According to administrative legislation administrative responsibility starts at 16 years. But age is not a main character of minor as a subject of administrative offense. In this case age is a reflection of child status in social relations. It presents that child can realize his actions, control and manage them. It is necessary to take into account juridical and psychological aspects, individual and age personality specifics. The level of awareness of his own actions may be the main criteria of minor administrative responsibility.
